Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and selected European Union (EU) countries. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £).

We ship to all EU member countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, including those destined for European Union countries, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Golden Shelf is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

The Golden Shelf cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly supplied addresses.
